I was looking for someone who has the attention to detail and resources to carry out and complete the project to perfection. During the initial consultation visit, Omar patiently listened to what I desired and was willing to do anything to achieve the goal. Shortly after, I was emailed a very thorough and itemized job description along with a series of 3D sketches and floor plan showing the expected outcome. Omar's proposal was the top notch. It explained every steps in detail and the associated expenses. After reviewing it, I fully understood the entire process and payment structure. Omar was also available to answer some minor questions I had and tried his best to suggest ideas to cut down on costs. I've met and dealt with many tradesmen and by far, Omar was the most straight forward person with the most transparency. He showed his passion in his work and never hesitated to share his own experience and how much he tries to please his customers. I knew he was the right person to work with. Another great thing about his company is his team of diligent, punctual and respectful workers. I live in Naperville and go to work in Elgin. They are based in Elgin and come to Naperville to work in my basement. I know how long it takes to commute each morning and night and deeply appreciate that they always showed up on time and never left the job site until the end of the day. They were also willing to come out every Saturdays to work. Now the job is completed, we sort of miss them as we were just so used to greet them in the morning for the past couple of weeks. As for the cost, Omar's estimate was relatively reasonable and fairly competitive. Finishing a basement is rather an expensive investment, and it was a bit of a dilemma for me to start, but after this wonderful experience with the outstanding company, and seeing the outcome we desired and dreamed of, I have no regret at all. There is so much value in it, and it was well worth it! Every single penny well spent!
