> Mark DeAngelis and his entire team of incredibly skilled contractors and craftsmen of Mark Antony Homes transformed a dangerous situation we had on Otisco Lake, NY into a dream home that we and our family are going to enjoy for many years to come. An 85 year old family camp that had finally said " enoughs enough" had to be torn down and reconstructed. Decks had begun to fail and this last winter put the end to most of the foundation.  The terrain on our property is very difficult with a steep slope toward the lake.  In addition the lot size is incredibly small and located directly on a busy road. Every ounce of ingenuity had to be used to not only build a new home that takes up most of the lot but to do so with equipment, dumpsters and materials filling every space on the property. From start to finish was four months!! They dove into the project the day after we signed paperwork and didn't let up until it was done even though they had multiple projects going at the same time. They arranged permits, dealt with county and town inspectors and all the while kept the project rolling along. When faced with challenges -- they improvised!  There is not enough space to detail the number of ideas they took from the sketch book and made happen. We are incredibly grateful to Mark and his entire team.  Thank you.
