> We had Randy Edwards Construction remodel the interior of our home. During the final walk through with him, we found a chip in the new shower, the new wooden floor boards started to come up, the paint started to peal up, the back door not installed properly, it has gaps and doesn’t close right among other things. He failed to follow the manufactures on installing the flooring.  When these issues were brought to his attention along with his Forman, he said he guaranteed his work and would return to fix everything. We called and text him numerous but he failed to respond. This went on for over a year and a half. The issues to this day have not been repaired or fixed. We gave him plenty of time to fix all the problems. He claims to be a Licensed Contractor, bonded and insured which I confirmed. He or any of his employees are not licensed plumbers or electrician.

> We forced to file a Small Claims suit against him so we can hire a Licensed Contractor, bonded and insured to fix and repair the problems caused by Randy Edwards Construction.

> I’m hindsight I should never given him the final payment until he fixed all the problems with our house.

> I would never recommend Randy Edwards Construction to anyone.
