The house was taken down to the studs, square footage added to an existing bedroom, and a new bathroom and laundry room were built. I especially liked that he works with the same team (electrician, plumber, etc) on his projects and their work is top notch. Brooke is a great communicator which is important to me, and if I reached out with a question or concern he followed up asap. He has done many builds in the Willow Glen area and is very familiar with the conditions of these older homes.
