I always at least double in my mind the amount of time it will take to complete a project, but they had it done in less than 3 weeks as promised. We were very particular about the details and they worked with us to find a solution to everything we didn't like and even redid some parts to make them perfect for us. He personally came out to quote my job and stuck to the quote he gave me. He estimated the start date to be the "end of January/beginning of February"; they started the project on Jan 31st. He predicted the project to last 3-4 months and finished on time in mid-May. He was spot on with the allowances he gave me in his quote (cabinets/counters/etc.); he is knowledgeable and professional. When a decision needed to be made about a change to the plan (this will happen in any project, expect it), Bart personally met me on sight to explain the problem and go over the options. He was able to accommodate my "add ons" (also part of the process). His crew is made up of "craftsmen" who did the job right the first time, delivering me a kitchen that is better than I imagined. When I purchased my own condo last year I knew I was going to remodel the entire place myself. A: These are Marsh Furniture Company maple wood cabinets in the Charleston 1 style with the Graphite finish. Here's a handy link to the product. **Q: Is this Coretec flooring? Color?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: It is! This is 7" Hudson Valley Oak. It's a high end vinyl floor planking that snaps and interlocks together. The planks have a thin insulating cork layer that adds softness and warmth. They're one of our favorite flooring choices for basements because they're very durable, warm, water resistant, and attractive.
