> Premier was the concrete and landscaping sub contractor on our home in Westcliff. Landscaping and yard were to be done in the fall of 2015.  They over promised and under delivered time and time again. It took until the fall of 2016 to complete most landscaping.  One still lingering issue are concrete staining marks while trying to finish the Landscaping. Their attempt to clean created bigger problems. Throughout the summer of 2017 and 2018 i was promised on several occasions they would correct it with colored staining. As recently as Late September 2018 i met wit Brent personally and we put a plan in place and agreed on price which was fair to all.  As of today December 8 2018 i have not heard a word from him or his staff  our driveway issue. This sub contractor made our otherwise enjoy building experience far more than disappointing.  I would not recommend doing business with Brent or Premier Landscaping and would do everything to use a different landscaper. I have seen some very nice work he has done and he is a nice enough guy but his business practices are another story. To be clear the project is not completed and i expect another contractor will be used to finish in the spring.

> I have seen your review.  We did finish your landscape on time but like any construction depending on weather, vendors and added change orders the project time line can change drastically.  There was some staining on the edges of the concrete due to a border that we installed and it has faded to the point that you can not visually see it at this point.  The marks on the concrete now are from car tires and where you washed you car and sprayed the tires with an acid product and you can see where the tire tread touched the concrete.  This is evident and you have even agreed with us that this is what happened.  You have asked us to provide you with a proposal to stain the grey concrete with a product we work with and you accepted the proposal.  We are now waiting for the weather to cooperate and be a temperature that we can install this product.

> Our $100k+ retaining wall, swimming pool and landscaping project performered by Premier was nearly two years in dispute/litigation.  Needless to say, we are very disappointed with Premier's performance on this project.

> Bill I tried very hard to help you resolve the issues that you had with your project before and after the issue.  The only reason this project failed was because drainage was never installed on your house.  We (Premier) had mentioned many times that it would be best to install gutters on the entire back side of the house so water would not pour down onto the patio and erode under the concrete work and the pool.  The wall that was built was 18ft tall and all was compacted fill.  The engineer only requires us to have the ground compacted to 95%.  So we know that the ground over time will settle and water will only increase the speed of this.  So by installing the drains and keeping this area dry would have stopped this problem.  I know that you installed gutters after the fact but it was too late.  If this is not the correct information please feel free to express this here.  I have built 100 or so pools and 100's of landscape job here in the area and have only this one issue but we do not take responsibility for this project failing.

> We had our home built in West Cliffe 2 1/2 years ago and absolutely love it!  Premier Landscaping (Brent Martell) designed our landscaping, built our retaining wall, installed the brick walls on the sides and black metal fence across the back. They also installed a swimming pool in the backyard and a hottub.  If we ever had any issues, they were right there to fix it to our satisfaction.  We continue to call on them for our annual sprinkler blowout, and to spray our hill for weeds in the spring/fall. I can't say enough positive things about Premier and would recommend them to anyone.

> I had issues with my pool installed by a now out of business installer.  I hired Premier to fix the problems and install new glass tile.  They did an excellent job. The work they did and the tile was first  rate.  They have a lot of knowledge about pools which is hard to find..   I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

> I am a recent customer and was completely satisfied with quality of work. The owner and his team are professional and courteous. There was a delay from the manufacturer for shipping the new liner. This was no fault of premier pools; but Brent had his crew work overtime in order that the job would be completed for my Easter gathering. My thanks to Brent and his team and would highly reccomend them.

> Over the last ten years we've had to replace many of the plants and get substitute and hardier plants, some within a year of installation. One tree and a bush exploded in height right next to the driveway, not a good location. This was after we specified that we wanted to protect the view from that side of the house. Many plants in our plan had to be substituted during installation because they were not available in our location, and others just failed to thrive. The contractor was hard to get a hold of during the job and after. The crew broke several sprinkler-heads and were cooperative about fixing them on the spot when we were there, but the contractor was very slow to get back to us and respond if we were not. When his crew showed up, they did not know the details of the plan. After the initial planning phase, we never saw the contractor again, only his crew. We felt there was poor communication between him, the crew and us. We are satisfied with the hardscape, specifically the walk-way pavers.
