These guys are amazing at their work. It’s like it’s not the same house. Looks brand new. Make a long story short, we needed more space and we started researching if we should sell our house and buy a new one or just remodel the existing one. We thought it was more cost effective to redo this one. After talking to different construction companies, we decided on Ava Homes. They had better prices and were more forthcoming with advice and ideas. They did a great job with the design of the expansion. Our house is 1/3 bigger now. We have an extra bedroom and bathroom and our kitchen is much bigger. This is great. They did a phenomenal job with the construction, seamless, like a brand new house.
