Their ultimate goal was that we ended up with what we wanted. This group of individuals would go to great lengths to make sure all of our concerns were addressed and expectations were met. They were not happy if we were not 100% happy with all aspects of our home. They paid particular attention to our budget, did a great job with communication, and were able to meet deadlines. Rebecca Lehde, interior designer, accompanied me to all the various vendors helping me select all the finishes. Justin Campbell was our terrific supervisor providing detailed updates each and every week during the build. As out of town customers, RCG accommodated our schedule and came in on time and very close to our final budget. Last minute changes on our part increased our final price, all well worth it. Our home is beautiful. The project manager was in frequent contact with us and readily available if we had questions or concerns. While Ridgeline was not the lowest estimate, we found that some competing builders cut cost by eliminating items that needed to be added later. The workmanship was extraordinary.
