  - Description: Featured on the 2024 MADS Modern Homes Tour! The property of this new build is packed with natural beauty. We incorporated lots of native and adapted plants to give the home a soft, natural touch. A mixture of river gravel and black basalt gravel helps to pull the natural and modern aesthetics together.

Custom steel planters below and around the pool will help hide the view of the house from the neighbors below.
