Irwin Built is a full-service construction company designed to help our clients build new construction, remodel, renovate, and maintain their homes.

Irwin Built’s Construction Division helps clients looking for a general contractor specializing in high end luxurious home building.  We are well familiar with custom construction, ground up construction, design build, large-scale residential projects and the needs of homeowners living in Historic Charleston.  

 Our Restoration and Renovation Division assists with smaller projects. We are efficient in window and door installation, Historic Charleston window restoration, Historic Charleston window sill, cornice, and trim restoration, kitchen and bath remodels, room renovations, hardwood and engineered flooring installation, rot repair, structural repairs, stairs and staircases , repointing masonry, stucco, siding, shutters, cabinetry, custom furniture, interior painting, exterior painting, decks, outdoor showers, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, venetian plaster and wall and ceiling repair.    

Our Estate Management Division tackles the day-to-day upkeep of a home.  This division specializes in the management of your home.  We can create entire house maintenance plans and be there along the way to implement the plans.  We can complete biweekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly walkthroughs of the residence and examine potential problems before they show themselves.  We look at roof penetrations, gutter and downspouts and any other areas of potential water intrusion problems.  This division will change your house filters, light bulbs and any many other work that our clients want in order to maintain a residence.  Our Estate Management division has succeeded in maintaining some of the finest homes in Charleston and we are proud of the relationships we have.
