> STAY AWAY! Unfortunately, our experience with GreenStar Builders was extremely disappointing. The biggest issues were poor communication, a lack of consistent supervision and accountability, repeated delays, and promises that simply were not kept.

> My advice to anyone considering GreenStar is simple: protect yourself. Do not pay ahead of completed work. Tie payments to clearly defined, verifiable milestones. Require lien waivers. Get every commitment in writing. And make absolutely certain you understand whether subcontractors and suppliers have been paid before releasing additional funds.
>
> After everything our family experienced, I cannot emphasize this strongly enough: I would urge homeowners considering GreenStar Builders to look elsewhere.
