We choose him because of his experience in residential design, reasonable fees, and lived in the area. Jason listened to what was important to us and provided several design options. He explained why some design options would work well and why others ideas we had considered would not. Jason was always prepared and on time for appointments, offering great suggestions, and was very easy to work with. The design for our new house is ready to go and we hope to break ground within the next six weeks. Jason did a great job advising and guiding us through the design process. Jason provided excellent ideas and oversight of this major renovation which included installing central heat and air, expanding a bathroom and adding a shower, and complete re-design of the entire layout of the previous attic space. He was extremely creative, personal, and collaborative. He worked with an engineer during the design process, helped oversee critical aspects of the project with the contractors, and handled all the permitting. We are so pleased with the result of his work and we have an amazing, open loft style play room with an office, bedroom, and bath on the third floor which has increased our living space significantly.
