> I would highly recommend NOT using Keystone Interiors. Our experience being  awful and sickening is understatement. Chelsea DeFelice is not only dishonest and deceiving, she stole our money. Her lack of professionalism didn’t show until after we paid for her service where she continually lied, screwed up on measurements and counts, and never took any kind of responsibility. Learn from our mistakes. There are many great designers out there. This is not the one.

> From our first conversation to the final touches, Chelsea and Katharine were fun to work with.  They were knowledgeable, organized, no issues with communication.  The contractor they found for us was top of the line.  We loved that they didn’t try to impose their design preferences on us.  They listened and helped us get where we wanted to go.  We found out we had to move during our project and they didn’t miss a beat.  They helped us finish what we started but on a smaller scale and it turned out beautiful!  We highly recommend using them for your future projects.

> We worked with Chelsea and Katherine when we started our custom home build. We ended up being short on budget and needed to cut some costs. We ended up cutting out their consulting services. It was a terrible mistake! In the long run I believe it cost us more, was way harder, and likely delayed the project a bit. Believe me, they provide so much value and you should use them for your project! They were also fantastic to work with. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Learn from our mistake!

> We were so fortunate to have worked with Keystone Interiors on our recent major bathroom remodel projects. Both of our upstairs bathrooms had challenging layouts that needed reworking, and cosmetic updates were needed from fixtures to cabinetry to paint. We worked closely with Chelsea and Katherine through the entire design process -- they were creative and attentive to our wants and needs. Both bathrooms were fully gutted to allow for space alterations, and substantial plumbing, electrical and HVAC changes were made. We couldn't be happier with the end results! Not only do the bathrooms utilize space much more efficiently, the bathrooms are welcoming and beautiful down to the last detail. We were so pleased with this team we are using them for our next major remodel (kitchen and garage)!
