Working with him was easy through every step of the process, from the rough design ideas and selection of pavers and plants to the actual demo and construction. His contractors (Hugo, Pablo, and a few others) were also very polite and amenable, always happy to address many minor nitpicks. Soon after, we had him come out and talk with us about the ideas we had and his suggestions for the front and back yards. We delayed landscaping until the fall of 2020, starting with the front yard. We talked again with Bruce Hamilton and worked with him to design and install a new cement driveway and low maintenance front yard with drip irrigation and lighting. Hugo, the foreman, and his crew were easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional, even when we made last minute changes to the design. The crew was on time and cleaned up before leaving every day. The work was completed in less than the 2 week estimate. We love our new driveway, entry walkway, low maintenance yard, and lighting. > This year 2021, we moved on to the backyard. Once again we called on Bruce Hamilton, Landcon-Landscape Construction, Inc. Bruce listened to our wants, ideas and requests and came up with another great design. Hugo and his crews began with demolition, removing all the overgrown weed/bushes, debris and old cement patio in just 2 days. They then went to work on the french drains, drip watering system and wiring for the lights. Two raised vegetable beds were constructed, placed and prepared for planting. A boulder retaining wall was added to give the yard dimension and bring the back level up to our neighbors yard. A flagstone walk way, lighting and low maintenance plants were added. The final touch was a new, larger paver patio with a curved sitting bench. We love how the yard looks and can’t wait to plant fall vegetables in the planters. The patio and yard are a calming retreat. We enjoy sitting on the patio daily in our beautiful backyard and star gazing on clear evenings. Bruce, Hugo and crew did a fantastic job on our front and back yards.
