They had the audacity to load the clearly damaged boxes of flooring in my trailer. I pointed it out and emailed the contact person pictures about this. They told me they would order me 5 boxes to replace (yes only 5) but they couldn’t be shipped to me, that I had to pick them up. After being in contact with them about not being able to get there soon since I live out of state, I was told that it was okay and to just let them know when we were coming so they can get the boxes from warehouse. My husband goes to pick up the 5 boxes of flooring just to be told they can’t be found and that they must have been donated or lost.
