From the start, the salesperson, Toni, in the showroom was helpful knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. When we returned the second time (on a Saturday) to choose our Valor gas insert, we were informed it was in stock. We had Doug cone out to inspect on Monday, and due to a last minute cancellation, our fireplace was installed on Tuesday! The installers were very friendly and efficient. The insert was installed in about 4 hours (we were told it would be 4-6). It was a very pleasant experience and we are extremely impressed with both the product and service.
