> Bronson Home Improvements just completed another project for me and the results were terrific. This project was to replace flooring in the mail level, including the entrance, hallway and kitchen. I selected a porcelain tile with some colors that matched parts of the kitchen. It took five days. The results are really terrific.

> BHI did a terrific job for us recently involving drywall installation and painting. We had previously replaced our roof and eliminated five skylights (work not done by BHI). We needed someone to close up and finish the holes left when the skylights were removed. One complication was that the ceiling height in one of the rooms was 18 ft.  BHI framed the openings, installed insulation and drywall, finished and sanded, and painted the entire ceilings (2 rooms), and patched several unrelated sections of drywall.. Work was done on schedule, within budget. We would happily use BHI again.

We have always been pleased with his work.  He really thinks about the project at hand and plans out his approach to each aspect of the project. > Absolutely love our bathroom remodel!  Bret was great right from the start.  We wanted to work with a contractor that did the heavy listing/building work but we wanted to purchase the products. We interviewed several contractors and Bret was the only one who seemed to get what we were looking for - the others wanted to purchase the products. We had a tuscan theme in mind and Bret helped us to create an amazing sanctuary! We shopped around for the products (tiles, vanities, tub, etc) and Bret did the demo and install and advised on products/options. He was passionate about his work and added a great creative flair to the design.

> Bret Bronson completed a full bathroom in basement and remodeled a master bathroom.  The basement was unfinished with some plumbing but he had to move some of the plumbing that required jack hammering.  Basement bathroom included tiled shower, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, lighting and fixtures with tile floor and tile up the walls approximately 5 ft..  Master bathroom included tiled shower with  nooks, glass shower door, vanity, lighting and fixtures;also tile floor and up walls approximately 5 ft.  Bret had a great attitude and was very trustworthy.  I had no concerns of leaving a key with him and knowing the house would be locked when he was done for the day.  Bret has high integrity with his workmanship.  When issues arose after completion of projects (a leak in the plumbing below the sink in the Master bath and leak in shower of basement bath), he responded very quickly.

## Community Q&A

**Q: What is the name of the tile on the floor?  It's nice and neutral.** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: That is a 12"x24" porcelain tile. It has a 'birch' look to it. I don't recall actual name. It came from Lowes. I'd be happy to look into it for you.

**Q: do you carry house interior paint that matches "persimmon?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This theater room was painted with a client selected color. I don't recall the name but, it was Behr paint. Virtually any color can be made or matched these days, with quality spectrometer equipment used at most paint stores.

Did you use a regular all in one unit and just extended the tap through the bar? Looks great. Thanks.

A: Thank You!! This project, an all-in-one kegorator unit was used.

**Q: What material in the splash back?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It is pressed stainless steel sheeting that is adhered to the wall. Available in a wide variety of finishes, metals and patterns.
