> Home remodeling can be tough, especially when doubling the size of a house built in 1975, adding a second story and remodeling nearly everything. Luckily Brandon was up for it and at the top of his game as there were several surprises along the way. This construction company was very easy to communicate with and readily available to discuss any topic which came up. They knew from the beginning that a remodel required more flexibility during construction as oddities arose along the job but they worked and smiled all along the way. We always felt that no matter what stage the construction was in at our residence the guys on the site were actively engaged and ready to go. One thing that set these guys apart as we discussed using their services was their willingness to use specific sub-contractors for plumbing, HVac, roofing, floor, doors, cabinets etc..., we have several sub-contractors we wanted used and they were fine with it and worked well with each of them. Somehow they did all this with our budget in mind and they helped us keep the costs in line. We also were able to use an app on our phones and computer to keep up with the construction process and upload the items we wanted in the home such as oven, microwave, light fixtures and all the rest, this was convenient as nothing could get lost. Toward the end of construction the punch list got shorter and shorter and as things were finalized and we moved in we found them still readily available and asking if there was anything we were finding which didn't function correctly or if there were any walls we damaged while moving. This was a really cool as we felt they cared a little more than we even thought they did, great work Brandon Construction. My photos aren't the best as they were all I have on my phone right now but hopefully you can see some of what they accomplished.

He evaluated our plans & budget, met with our designer Bob Esposito and went to work building our house. Brandon has a systematic approach to building and is very upfront with what is happening next, he actually has an app where you can track progress and send messages directly to him. We liked that he was quick to responding to questions & concerns, and he has a ton of experience with building custom homes. He encourages open communication, and is alway willing to weigh in on any decisions. We would highly recommend Brandon Construction, in fact we referred him to two other clients.
