> My apologies for the way you feel, however, your table was finished and the bamboo chairs that were previously painted by someone else were refinished and delivered. As we both agreed, these exterior chairs cannot withstand much more painting. The finish will not adhere very well due to previous attempts to paint with many different products and will not withstand high usage. As promised, I delivered the paint for you to touch up as needed. However, after you made repeated cancellations for either my associate or I to stop by, we are not available at a moment's notice at this time to bring specialty products nor will I leave them on the doorstep in freezing temperatures. I am sorry you are unhappy and hopefully you can find a contractor in the future who will be able to work with your schedule.

is this plain sawn oak?

A: These cabinets are maple but we did a custom finish on them to achieve this look for the client. They originally were slightly darker than the floor.

What stains, glaze, mixtures, etc did you use to create the look of the cabinets?

A: This is a finish using proprietary products where training is required. And colors were custom blended to fit the clients requirements.

A: This is a glass bead faux finish. It was applied over a champagne metallic base coat.
