They went above and beyond with the cabinets, but also recommended some design changes that worked out great (eg., peninsula into an island). The quality and craftsmanship is gorgeous with dovetail joints, and beautiful attention to detail. > I was so happy with my kitchen that I hired them again recently to build three custom built-ins for me. One of them is a custom piece in my living room, the other two were built-ins that flank my fireplace in my family room. The tricky thing about these custom built-ins was, that all three needed to have arched tops to fit the niches they were going into. They came out to give me a bid on all three pieces and then did templates right then and there. Within a couple of days I received a bid via email. After signing off on the project they built all three pieces within a couple of months and installed with precision! They are absolutely stunning! Beautiful! A: These are cherry cabinets, with just a topcoat of conversion varnish, no stain. Cherry is a beautiful wood and doesn't need a stain to bring out its natural beauty.
