Almost six moths later, it has come to and end and we are now proud owners of a beautiful home that Lakeland build for us. Our experience through the process was like no other. Everything that they promised, they delivered on time with superior craftmanship , addressing even the smallest of concerns we brought forward to them. That made this whole process stress free for us. It took us 20 year to decide to build a new home because of previous nightmare experience we had and we are extremely happy we chose Lakeland. The quality of workmanship was top notch, and was only surpassed by their great customer service. We had built a house with another local builder 10 years ago, and there was no comparison between the two. Mike and his team did everything possible to make sure we were happy with the outcome. The follow up service after we moved in has also been great, as all minor fixes were swiftly corrected. I would highly recommend using building with them! We now have our dream house come to a reality.
