> David is a hands on contractor. I like that because I don't have to play the telephone game to get in touch with him and I don't have to pay a project manager as well as a contractor. I have worked with both kind of contractors and I prefer to work with the guy who owns the business. He is prompt, smart, has great taste and is a good sounding board. I respect his opinion and rely on his knowledge when I am making decisions. If I have a problem, he is on it.
