Prior to operating Bainbridge Homes in Atlanta, Georgia, Scott actively served the city of Tallahassee, Florida as a police officer for 10 years. He holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Florida State University. In 2008, he and his wife, Monica started Tytan Construction. Monica, the company’s Business Manager, is responsible for all aspects of customer and vendor relations. Additionally, she assists with home staging and interior design upon request of Tytan’s clients. Scott and Monica have been together for ten years and call Atlanta, Georgia their home. Scott and Monica have been blessed to have a beautiful baby girl, Sophia, as well as Scott's wonderful teenagers, Casey and Tanner. Scott and Monica Skrove are the nicest and easiest Contractor/Manager/Designer I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I found Scott quite by accident. I was looking for a contractor for one of my clients. I tracked him down by contacting a homeowner when my Buyers said...I like that house! I've been a Realtor in the business for 28 years (retiring in Dec. 2022). I have had HUNDREDS of homes built for clients. I have never had the kind of experience that I received with Tytan Construction. Scott is knowledgeable, patient and was extremely easy to work with. He listened, he made suggestions and when needed he rolled with the punches as we all had to do in 2020-21. The quality of the work was top notch...attention to detail was exceptional. We endured shipping and contractor shortages but that did not stop the project. Going over our projected time to close was not the fault of the contractor...Lenders won't let you close until the house has installed/working appliances. Due to lack of inventory we had to improvise a bit to get some things shuffled to close...but it all worked out.
