We were not living in Florida at the time so we were working with them remotely. The quality of their work was excellent. I worked with Rich Waugh and he was very good on communicating the status on the job and was transparent about the costs for the job. Rick stayed in touch with us and provided timely status updates. Pinnacle also did a great job working with the firm doing the design work and knew how to compensate for the design firms less organized approach to the job.
