David has a terrific team of people who work with him. They were able to focus on a "custom" approach as necessary to get the job done. We had a challenging issue for hot water tanks installation, including a proper drain path, and they solved it, complete with a warning system, to our great delight. They also installed a new master water shutoff valve, did drywall work, interior painting, door sill repair, outside wooden window sill repair, bathroom tile repair and seal update. As you can see, the tasks were a number of relatively small items, but this team was more than willing to do whatever was requested in a very professional manner, complete with a very positive experience for us. We couldn't have been more satisfied than we were with the total experience. The team of David and Jennifer made everything so easy. The project started and finished during the time frame they said it would. Jennifer worked with us picking out the colors and fixtures we would need. David did the construction doing a lot of the work himself. The subcontractors he used were very good. They were very professional and did excellent work. Our neighbors have had remodeling projects that seem to take forever with unknown costs.
