A: This is Benjamin Moore's "Apparition" (860). The trim is Benjamin Moore's "White Dove" (OC-17). **Q: What brand and color of stain is on the hardwood floors?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: These are 4" red oak \#1 planks stained in COFFEE (Dura Seal Quick Coat 2 Hour Penetrating Finish) with a MATTE polyurethane finish. **Q: what is the backsplash** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The backsplash is a honed Calcutta Gold marble. The pattern came on 12" x 12" grids, and the individual small tiles are laid horizontally. The small tiles are different lengths and laid in a semi-random alternating pattern. **Q: what is the paint color on the wall in this room? Beautiful!** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The paint on these walls is Benjamin Moore "Apparition" (\#860). It is one of my favorites! **Q: Exterior color** *(in Photo Questions)* Beautiful house, do you know the stucco or exterior paint color? A: The exterior of this house is stucco. We used Senergy 751 - Morning Mist. **Q: what type of stone was used on the fireplace surround** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The stone on the fireplace surround is white quartzite. There is just a little bit of sparkle in the rough edge - it is gorgeous! The hearth seat is covered with large salt white polished marble tiles.
