Sunset Outdoor Living makes designing and building the perfect Outdoor Entertainment Area, a joy! They custom design (CAD) anything you want, build it at their controlled facility, and deliver and install it in a few hours. As landscape contractors, it makes life so simple for us. Check out their "2013 HBA Tour of Homes" project. Gorgeous yet simple, it cost $6500.00 Plus the porcelain tiles are easy to maintain. Their more ambitious 2014 "Custom Outdoor Kitchen and matching fire table granite tops" project ran $17,000. They are able to match natural materials we use in patio and wall construction, with custom cut stone, or "cultured stone", for a fraction of the cost. And as landscape designer/contractors, we really appreciate that they finish building either of these in their facilities, and deliver and install either respectively in from two to four hours. That "makes us both look good". Their photos speak for themselves: Great designs and Highest Quality. Looking forward to future projects with you. Definitely recommending Sunset Outdoor Living. Thanks. A: It looks great! **Q: The Grooves/ Lines on the concrete floor** *(in Photo Questions)* Nice floor. Is this poured concrete (part of the building slab)? The grooves or scoring on it, are those expansion lines? If so, how did you do it? Did it prevent hairline cracks? A: Looks fantastic! **Q: Exterior paint** *(in Photo Questions)* I love this exterior paint combination! We're looking for something similar for our house. What is the siding and trim color? A: This was a private home we built an outdoor kitchen and matching fire pit for. We don't have the actual paint combination of the exterior of this home.
