He assessed the job, set reasonable expectations (told me what was possible and what wasn’t) and promised me a proposal quickly. I had the proposal just a few hours later (on a SATURDAY). I signed, he called and said him and his team would be here Monday morning. And they were, bright and early. His team worked from 7:50AM until 6:30PM, they were amazing. We had two days of rain and the first day it was dry enough (Thu), they were back and ready to work by 7:30AM. They finished the job by 4PM and cleaned up the entire area. The foundation of my house looks great and is now sealed up and ready to stay standing for another 100 years. I highly recommend Ken.
