Working with a very limited budget, Lisa brightened and modernized the house throughout. Lisa's splendid taste however, carried the day. She was able to secure waivers from our Franchisor (thereby obviating the need to follow the Brand's color scheme) that allowed us to beautifully coordinate the Hotel interior throughout for the first time since we had purchased the property more than a decade earlier. Since the completion of this project our guest satisfaction scores have improved significantly, which has translated into higher occupancy and nightly rates for us.
