> Eric Schmidt completed two projects for us on two different condos in Poipu, Hawaii in 2013 and 2015.  One was a complete gut of a unit that hand not been touched for 20+ years.  The other was a kitchen renovation in a newer unit.  At all times, he has been dependable, honest, timely, and professional.   His work is completed to very high standards, but he is also conscious of budget and will work with owners to ensure that they get the best material and workmanship that the budget can provide.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to condo owners seeking to add value to their investment.
