> Chris Terry turned a house of mine that was on the edge of being a scrap into a home where my mom will now host family functions and thoroughly enjoy the space herself. Chris had a tough task of taking an early 1900's house and turning it into a modern and functional property. As anyone could imagine, a house with an age of 100+ years has surprises and a endless list issues. He was able to overcome every issue while staying within a reasonable budget and finishing with a very high quality product in the end. The best part of working with Chris is his communication and ability to relate a budget to what is feasible.
