Needed a new small sump pump for a drain. Cost $200 to tell me I needed a replacement which was why I called them in the first place.Then sent me an invoice estimate for $567 to replace it (they retail between $50-130) and also replace the electrical wiring underground for safety. I ok'ed it. Next time after 1 hour, the serviceman said he couldn't do the electrical but demanded full payment. I refused and spoke to someone in the office who agreed I'd pay half and they would send an electrician to finish the job. I never heard from the electrician. After two months I called an electrician who charged me $300 to redo the electrical safely. I informed them that I did this and let them know I would not pay the remainder. They sent me another invoice with different language about the electrician and demanded full payment or they would take me to court. They were deceitful on the second invoice, they threatened me, insulted me, and hung up on me when I tried to straighten out the problem. DO NOT USE THEM. Ironically, they sent me an email requesting a positive review that said if something wasn't right I should let them know.
