> Ted Mayes created our cul-de-sac with 5 semi-custom homes. We bought one from him and could not be more pleased with the attention to detail and the craftsmanship of our amazing tuscan home. We have lived here for almost 5 years now and we love it. Ted is always willing to help us out with any questions we have regarding this property and even created a large binder for us with all of the specifics of our home. It has really come in handy when re-painting etc. We would recommend Bristlecone to any and everyone when building your small, intimate home or your mansion. His attention to detail and quality is unparalleled. He is easy to work with and is always available.
