My name is Chris Adams, and I am the owner of Narrow Path Plumbing, a family owned and operated business located in Xenia, Ohio. I have over 20 years of experience in the plumbing field, so starting my own business in 2011 was a natural choice. I am a certified plumber and a backflow specialist. I am very passionate about customer satisfaction and delivering quality work.

> This company is a joke.

> If you want something installed incorrectly, definitely give them a call. I can’t decide if they have no idea what they’re doing, or if they just don’t care about doing things correctly.
> A few months ago, I hired them to install a water softener. They placed it so close to my furnace that I could no longer change the filter. I had to call and ask them to move it. After they moved it, they failed to fully connect the hose, which caused air to enter the water softener. This then caused the water softener to overflow. My laundry room floor was flooded. I had to call another company who actually knows what they’re doing to fix the issue.

> Chris over looks poor quality work provided by his employees and makes all kind of excuses for them.  The individuals he sent to my home showed up 45 minutes late and left for 2 hours after a 30 minute stay.  Wanted paid and when I went to look at the completed work, I refused to pay.  Pressure tank leaking, lex not secure to wall, water softener hanging over the drain, used our bath towels as their personal work towels that replace back Where they found them.  Was inform an individual an individual would come out in morning, Chris should up at my door 3 days later and asked me what I thought was wrong and he informed me that he thought it was a pretty good looking job.  Made all these promise of things he was going to fix but refused to put in writing.  Used a different company and they fixed the amateur unprofessional botched job left by Narrow Path Plumbing in copper at hundreds of dollars less.  Chris thinks by being pushy and a loud mouth that he will get his way.  I suggest that you look else where if you want a professional job done right the first time without being over charged

> Workman did not show up on time (10am). I called at 1030, 11, and noon. No response or call back until 3:12pm. Workman showed up at nearly 4pm and did not seem to care that he was 6 hours late. A small discount was applied, which I appreciate. The next day, I noticed a leak at the location the work was performed and called. They have now not responded for over a week. Strongly do not recommend this company.
