I chose to not write a review until much later as I want this to be a somewhat long term review. If you’re looking to improve your home, I’d highly recommend this crew. I had quite a few quotes from other reno guys and I don’t think any of them would’ve done a better job. From the consultation to follow up, they look at your project from the user’s point of view and they would give you options to your idea. This turned out to be very important as some of my idea just wouldn’t work in real life LOL. You will be impressed on how well they manage their project and everything has a timeline that you can follow like when do you need to buy the door handles, get the paint, the flooring...etc. So it’s been 6mths now and everything works (unlike my kitchen reno) and wife is happy with my decision on going with DOT. When I’m ready for the next renovation, I’ll 100% use them again, no hesitation.
