> BEWARE!!!!! THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!! I called them to come and fix my washing machine because it was showing a H2o error message. The technician arrived, and after examining the machine, he informed me that the water valves needed to be replaced. I mentioned that I was pretty sure it was an issue with the sensor (but what do I know? I'm just a woman.) Then he told me it would be $400 and it would be fixed immediately. So I paid, and he then replaced the water valve. He told me it was working and left. Then, minutes later, when I tried the machine, it had the same H20 error appear. When he came back the next day he said it would be an additional $155 because guess what? There was an issue with the sensor. I am refusing to pay because I already paid for the wrong thing to be fixed. I have called the company several times, and they say they will call back, but they never do. Now I have spent $400 for nothing.

> This summer it was the middle of July when our Whirlpool Ice Maker in our Whirlpool refrigerator went on the fritz. The hottest month of the year, in Los Angeles Califorina, which is only about fifty miles from the surface of the sun, Help? We called up Appliance Repair Dallas and told them we needed an appointment right away. We told them what type of appliance we had and what was wrong with it. They said they could have somebody 2 days from now. We called a few other companies beforehand and the soonest we could get an appointment was a week out. So we were happy to get an appointment that soon. The technician Phillip arrived on time, and he brought all the parts he needed to get us back up and running, thank goodness. We were so happy. He had us all fixed up in under 48 hours, and the bill was really fair. I was truly impressed with this company, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

> We have Viking Double Oven and we have always been really happy with. So when we were roasting a chicken one day and came in to find our oven had ramped up to 500 degrees and the door was locked and would not open or shut down, we were very surprised. I had to throw the breaker to get the oven to power down, and once it powered down we could finally get the door open. The chicken was ruined. It was comical how black the chicken was. It was like a scene in some silly comedy. It was black as charcoal and smoking. The part that was not funny was the part where we could have burned our house down if we would not have caught it when we did. We called up My Appliance Repair Los Angeles and told them to send some body out as soon as possible. We had a technician there the next day. His name was Steven and he was a really nice guy. He took a look at the offending appliance, and should us how we must have had a faulty thermostat and when it malfunctioned and the temperature ramped up it confused the Oven into to thinking it was in Self-Cleaning mode which is why the door would not open. He had brought an extra thermostat with him so he had us up and running in no time. We did not even have to eat out a second night. I am so happy we called My Appliance Repair Houston. What great company. You should try them.

> I love Yachting! I just love being out on the water. So a few years back my husband and I made the jump, and purchased a Yacht. A Carver C40, she is a beautiful ship, and we try to spend as much time on the water as we can. We were out last weekend with friends when our U-Line Ice Maker went on the fritz. It would freeze the ice but refuse the cut it and dump it in the storage area. What a bummer. We were out on the water all day without ice for our drinks. It was embarrassing, especially because we were planning on making Margaritas. So when we got back to the Marina, we called Los Angeles Appliance Repair. I told them that we needed our Ice maker fixed before the weekend, because we had plans to entertain friends and we definitely needed out Ice Maker working. They had a technician out to look at our U-Line 2 days later, what’s even better is that the technician Vince had the parts he needed on the truck to fix out Ice Maker right on the spot. This was great because it is a bit of a drive after work to meet him at the Marina, and I was thankful that this did not spill over into a second day. This was a great experience. That is why we always call Los Angeles Appliance Repair when we need something fixed. They are always professional.

> We have an old Sears Dishwasher and we should have replaced in years ago, but we have taken good care of her all these years, and she still works great. My wife has mentioned replacing it for something more modern, but even she agrees that the new appliances seem to be built so cheaply anymore hat they are not as dependable as the old appliances, and they are all full of new bells and whistles. The problem with all of the fancy new features is that they are all things that can break and cost a fortune to fix. The last new appliance we purchased was a washer and dryer set. It was state of the art with all kinds of fancy new features, it cost a fortune, and we hate it. It is always broken down. I do not think it has ever worked right, and we both wish to this day that we still had our old washer and dryer. So when our Dishwasher started leaking we opted to fix it rather than replace it if at all possible. So we called the good people over at the Appliance Repair Los Angeles. We have used them in the past and always been pleased with the service. They set us up an appointment for Saturday like we requested. The technician Victor came out and he took a look at our dishwasher. He said that she was in great shape for how old she was, and I agreed. I told him how I felt about new appliances, and he agreed. After giving her a thorough inspection he told us that the hose were old and getting worn and one of them had started leaking. He gave us the option of replacing that hose, or he said that he could replace several parts that were looking worn, minor stuff that would help keep her washing dished for years to come. We opted for the second option, and I am so glad we did. The old girl is running like new again, and I was really impressed by how reasonable the final bill was. We thanked Victor and got his cell number so we could call him directly next time. He told us it was a pleasure meeting us, and if we ever needed anything to give him a call personally, and if he could he would take care of it for us. That is the kind of service companies use to offer. It is really refreshing to see a company that still cares about the customers.
