Building a family’s custom home is a very personal business. 

Jeff has been building custom homes for over 30 years as part of a four-generation family legacy that has been building homes in Northern California since the 1930s. Jeff obtained his license in 1988. 

From 1996 Jeff’s team built & designed dozens of custom homes & developed several custom neighborhoods. His building company was often listed in the Sacramento Business Journal’s Top 25 list from the mid 90s through the 2000s. Overall, Jeff has been personally involved in the building of over 150 custom home projects throughout the region.

Involved in the industry, Jeff currently serves as the chair of the Custom Builder Council for the North State Building Industry Association and has previously served as local president & a director at both state & national levels (NAHB). As a founding member of a NAHB Builder 20 custom builder group, he was able to exchange key skills with peers from 20 different non-competing markets across the US.  

Today, Jeff focuses on a limited number of individual custom homes & the people who will live in them. Working with trade & supplier partners, some dating back to his first project, he continues to refine & nurture those relationships in order to produce great homes & workmanship, resulting in satisfied clients.

I especially appreciate the homes I've built for the parents, sibling or children of someone I've previously built a home."

Some never ever returned our phone calls.  Some we met and just did not get a good vibe from.  My husband found Jeff's information on Houzz.  We called Jeff.  He is SO incredibly responsive.  When we met him, we instantly got a sense that we could trust this guy.  We did our due diligence and visited a home he completed and sat with the homeowners for a good hour to ask about their experience with Jeff.
