So many compliments on the house and we couldn’t be happier. **★★★★★ — Mary Novak, Jan. 2020** > I have worked with Contractors for the entirety of my career, never have I been so impressed. Stefan and his team exhibit, professionalism, integrity, strong work ethic and transparency. He transformed our home and built an addition for our parents to live under our care. Stefan and his team are currently working on a project at our restaurant, he will be our forever builder! **★★★★★ — Jessica Chodaczek, Dec. 2019** > Forest City builders provide amazing craftsmanship! They did our kitchen upgrade, and were professional from start to finish. Everything from recommendations on the design to sourcing the granite, they helped us create a space that we love. All of the workers were very skilled, cleaned up after themselves, and were personable. Plus, many of my real estate clients have used them, too, so I've seen many of their projects - all extremely well done! Steve is wonderful to work with - you will not be disappointed! ## Selected projects - [Hinckley Renovation](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/hinckley-renovation-pj-vj~6408329) - Location: Hinckley, OH - Photos: 15 - [Brecksville Master Bathroom](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/brecksville-master-bathroom-pj-vj~6397802) - Location: Brecksville, OH - Photos: 10 - [Westlake Kitchen](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/westlake-kitchen-pj-vj~5969365) - Location: Westlake, OH - Photos: 10 - [Elyria Kitchen](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/elyria-kitchen-pj-vj~6349004) - Location: Elyria, OH - Photos: 7 - [Avon Kitchen](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/avon-kitchen-pj-vj~6063536) - Location: Avon, OH - Photos: 12 - [Bay Village Bathroom](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bay-village-bathroom-pj-vj~5645590) - Location: Bay Village, OH - Photos: 12 - [Hinckley Basement](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/hinckley-basement-pj-vj~5659735) - Location: Hinckley, OH - Photos: 18 - [Bay Village Kitchen Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bay-village-kitchen-remodel-pj-vj~5641893) - Location: Bay Village, OH - Photos: 10 - [Strongsville Basement](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/strongsville-basement-pj-vj~5598411) - Location: Strongsville, OH - Photos: 32 - [Lakewood Penthouse](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/lakewood-penthouse-pj-vj~6499868) - Location: Lakewood, OH - Photos: 11 - [Hail Mary's Patio](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/hail-mary-s-patio-pj-vj~6499852) - Location: Westlake, OH - Photos: 7 - [Bay Village Bathroom](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bay-village-bathroom-pj-vj~5628444) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 25 - [Cleveland Downtown](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/cleveland-downtown-pj-vj~5557312) - Location: Cleveland, OH - Photos: 31 - [Lakewood Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/lakewood-remodel-pj-vj~5518427) - Location: Lakewood, OH - Photos: 17 - [Twinsburg Renovation](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/twinsburg-renovation-pj-vj~5710003) - Location: Twinsburg, OH - Photos: 16 - [Home Gym](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/home-gym-pj-vj~5598423) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 11 - [Downtown Corporate space](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/downtown-corporate-space-pj-vj~6499863) - Location: Cleveland, OH - Photos: 22 - [Custom built tables](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/custom-built-tables-pj-vj~5531399) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 3 [See all 18 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/forest-city-builders-group-llc-pfvwus-pf~154275171) ## Ideabooks - [webuser\_808631687's ideas](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/116668050/list/webuser-808631687-s-ideas) — 3 ideas [See all 1 ideabook](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/users/forestcitybuilders) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
