They use separate companies (subcontractors and separate vendors) for every aspect of their projects -- and what they do own themselves, they don't know how to Project Manage. Expect to be your own Project Manager, managing them. Brush Masters (parent company) is commercial focused / builders etc., so "it seems" they push all residential painting projects for Painterati to the side while getting other "larger commercial projects" done first. They're 2-3 months behind, they continue to lie about timelines or play dumb, they promise things (such as edging details for countertops will be done - and they are not), they make you wait around, cancel your personal plans because you're waiting for them -- only to be cancelled on. They push painting and installs out week after week and make up excuses. They don't have their business operations together at all. Expect to be disappointed Big Time! The color samples of Revere Pewter appear more greige and this picture appears very gray which I want. A: It is BM HC-172 "Revere Pewter" on the shingles, which can appear greige in some light.
