> This was our first home renovation project and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Ron and his team. From the beginning, he was up front about what the whole experience would entail from scheduling, time expectancy, and budget. Not only did he create a beautiful new kitchen for us, but he helped with minor changes that really helped to update our house as a whole. You can hire any contractor to put in new cabinets/countertops, etc, but Ron’s artistic touch and sophisticated style are what really put your project above and beyond. I can’t wait to use him for future projects and would recommend him to anyone looking for a first class experience.

> We hired Ron and his team to renovate our kitchen, which spread to all the main areas of the house including the dining room, 2 living rooms (including the raising of a sunken floor and removal of a gas stove set in a brick surrounding a wood burning fireplace) and down the hall with new flooring and trim. Ron was amazing throughout the entire process, guiding us in design decisions and talking us through options each time we brought up something new that we wanted to do. We were due to deliver our twins 1 month after demo began, and Ron was mindful of that fact throughout the process working as quickly as they were able to while dealing with supply chain issues and appliance delivery delays. He even brought us gifts when we brought the twins home! Ron and his team became like family to us and we still see them from time to time. All in all the project took just shy of 6 months from the initial design meeting in June, to demo starting in early Sept and finishing right before Christmas. We are so thrilled with our end result and absolutely recommend Launch R+D for your renovation needs.

> Ron and Launch Renovation were fantastic to work with for our kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room update. Ron did all of the design work including the full remodel and change of layout for the kitchen to better utilize the space. He came up with great ideas to fully maximize the area and give us so much more counter and storage space than our previous layout, along with beautiful design touches and features. There wasn't much space to work with for our very small en suite bathroom, but he managed to think outside the box to give us storage space built-ins we didn't have before and a sleek glass enclosed showed that made the room feel bigger than it was. He was communicative throughout the entire process, keeping us up to date on changes and scheduling. All of his contractors were friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property and family as we were still living in the house during the renovation. The work was completed in the time estimated without delays, aside from the minor hiccup of a leak inside the wall we had not been aware of (not caused by them), but Ron and his team were able to quickly replace the affected subfloor to keep the project on schedule. I would highly recommend Ron and Launch Renovation and will definitely use them again!

## Community Q&A

**Q: where do I get this light fixture ?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The pendant is called Here Comes The Sun, purchased through Lumens.  I purchased several in the small and medium size, had a larger canopy made and put them together into one fixture.  This was done in 2018, I have since seen a stock version like this collection come out, so you do not need to do any custom work.  You can purchase a grouping as one fixture.
