And he delivered with unfailing accuracy, timing and quality. This has been the most amazing contractor experience we've ever had. I unreservedly recommend him to anyone for anything. I could not have been more impressed. His workers were excellent, courteous, clean and organized. He oversaw every detail. He refinished cabinets from 1920's, seamlessly patched the floors, rebuilt an original refrigerator from the 1920's to match the new cabinetry and the old ones. The result was astounding.  We want him to redo the remainder of the house.

Dan pays particular attention to small details such as crown molding, adding insets into the bath/shower area for holding products, finding a solution for the shower curtain rod (he used a hotel-style bowed rod but had to make some accommodations to make it fit/work).   All of the team that he uses do high quality work and are very committed to being on time with the project and living into commitments.

> Dan was a consummate professional throughout our 3 month construction project - a total overhaul of our basement.  He was on time and on budget (except for a few unexpected bumps in the project).  From the onset, he communicated in a timely fashion on where the project was at, and issues that would arise along the way.  The finished project was better than expected!  We consistently receive compliments on the space and its a wonderful addition to our home.  A few little issues arose after completion of the project, and those were attended to in a timely fashion, even a year after completion. We are very pleased with Dureiko Construction and our new basement as well.
