A small but critical example of this is placing a light switch on a wall in a hallway so if we decide to put a door on the hall passage later, the switch is in a place that would still be functional. Living in the Pacific NW, we always try to bring more light inside and Richartz delivered a well thought out plan for our renovation that captured more light, more openness to the outdoors and more functional space for our family.
