> I have worked with Nicole Yee of NY Interiors for over 12 years.  During that period, she has helped us remodel (with varying degrees of budget) three different houses with completely different architectural styles.  We started out with her doing a re-design and staging, then helping to spruce things up with new accessories.  Fairly quickly, that work translated into full kitchen, family room, and bathroom remodels.  Last year she handled a complex backyard project which involved everything from design concept to overseeing every detail of implementation and those special final touches.  She is now overseeing a full front yard remodel with the same attention to detail and creative eye that she has exhibited since we first starting working together.  Each time she has been brilliant--from closely managing expenses to saving us from some potentially significant mistakes to doing a masterful job finding pieces of all different types at stunningly affordable prices. We couldn't give her a more positive or glowing recommendation.  You simply can't go wrong with Nicole driving any design challenge you may want to tackle.

> After an extensive review of local designers, we hired Nicole to help us redecorate the first floor of our home.  This included work in our dining room, living room, entry hall and family room.    Nicole worked with us to select colors; fabrics; window coverings; carpets; paint, accessories.   She also helped with art selection, framing and placement.  Nicole was fabulous to work with:  1)She listens carefully to understand our taste and preferences; 2)She works with us on a time schedule and budget and manages to that time schedule and budget; 3)She has excellent taste,  a creative eye, and a beautiful sense of style; 4)She presents several options (all of which were beautiful!) and helps us decide on the best one for our home; 4)She makes sure all of the details get completed; 4)She is very sensitive to the intrusion (noise, mess and schedule disruption) that house remodeling places on a family and she works hard to minimize the disruption; 5)She is energetic, kind and fun to work with.  We absolutely love the results of our work with Nicole and plan to work with her again when we undertake other design projects in our home.

A: Thanks for asking. I used a mix of surfaces. Left--Caesarstone Desert Limestone, Back--Caesarstone Lagos Blue, Right--custom zinc top.
