Our home went through total transformation (interior and exterior) within 7 months, slightly longer than anticipated due to issues with defective flooring from Porcelanosa. Manny, Gai, Miguel and the entire team were amazing. They were responsive, keep the job site clean and secured, they always return my calls promptly and listened to us carefully. They worked with our budget and time, make great design and finish suggestions. We have already started and completed another smaller project with them since our home remodel. There were major construction issues, i.e. windows not centered in walls per spec, uneven sub floor, pool had no drain, concrete pavers filled with loose sand . I also never got any receipts and owners manual on all the appliances and hardware parts purchased through this company and made things very difficult for me to claim warranty when things broke. If you hire them and this company offer to purchase items for you under contractor discount, don't take their offer.
