Are these doors painted or stained?

A: This is Sherwin Williams 7505 Manor House

A: site built stairs - no idea of the of the style of the balusters

I presently have a white iron 13 step railing, with a twist around the bottom, that can be cut and moved outside to replace my rust imbedded railing to improve appearances, while this wooden upgrade with black spokes will go nice with my newly painted interior shades of gray, as I am planning to paint the wood work around the wood steps a charcoal gray to add contrast bring out the wood in the stairs and the polished gray and lighthouse shadows gray on walls . I need to update my interior railing to give a new look/feel to the room. I am looking for ideas that are near a budget of $2300.00,
