The condo was in good shape already, but we really wanted to bring in an expert to bring it to the next level. > > Since we were not yet living in Chicago, we had very limited time to meet and interview with potential designers. Shane was flying back from another project the day we had to fly back home, but he was able to meet with us right after he jumped off a plane before we flew home. He came to the property and quickly did a walkthrough, pointing out a bunch of great ideas we had never even thought of. After chatting with Shane for bit, we decided he would be a perfect fit for us and our project. > > Our condo was not super big, about 2000 sq. ft. and we didn't have a lot of money to spend, but Shane had no problem fitting in with our time constraints and budget.
