A: My apologies, I didn't see your request.  I'm sure by now it's too late but the field glass tile is from Ann Sacks.  The horizontal tile on the accent wall is by New Ravenna.

A: I do not recall the brand of the cabinetry hardware.  Might be Alno but not sure.  They are chrome with leather.  They were purchased from a store named Belmont Hardware.  Try their website.
