> Just was into the Lighting Center and was very pleasantly surprised with service we received. We needed a bath light today for our bath remodel (previous light did not work) and it had to be matt black and two bulb. Most lights offered are ordered, but Journey (our sales consultant) checked all stock. There was nothing in store except the display that would work, so the display was taken down, carefully wrapped and sold to us! Win for us, it was what we wanted, we have it today, plus we know it works! Great customer service from Journey.

> We bought a Tech Lighting low-voltage "Kable" light kit for our basement bar project. Not only was the whole kit unbelievably expensive ($1400), but it was also ugly as hell. Looked like something a redneck would have hanging in his living room for "decoration". Either way, the electricians hooked it all up. The LEDs kept blinking for starters, which the store said was a cable gauge issue. Nope. Then they replaced the transformer, which got the lights working, at least. Less than a week later after we started using the basement, the LEDs started going out one at a time, with one of the heads heating up and almost smoking from an apparent short.

**Q: Wall Covering** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me what is the surface of the wall? It looks almost like stone but could also be paint or wallpaper.  It's very attractive!

A: I am not familiar with the wall surface information and don't have a way to obtain it but it looks to me like it could be stained concrete wall. Thank you for inquiring!
