> Jessie Lloyd is a true professional and did a fantastic job with our remodel project.   We initially hired Jessie to help us to find a flooring solution for our family room and living room, that would be compatible with our existing hard wood floors throughout the rest of the downstairs.  We also wanted to customize a built in entertainment center, add pendant lighting, and paint the interior of the house.  Around that effort, we also wanted to improve our overall home design in line with our casual coastal theme.

We then decided to replace all of the flooring downstairs, based on the competitive quote we received to demo the entire downstairs flooring.   All of her recommended contractors did amazing work, and I would highly recommend each of them.  Additionally, Jessie took complete ownership of the project management, including scheduling and working with the contractors on site, to make sure that we kept to project timelines.  As the large projects came together towards completion, she helped us to add the right lighting, and home accents.

A: Hi there! Yes - they are paper flowers, from a vendor who was on Etsy!

**Q: how do you water the plants?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi Kasey! Thanks for asking -- this is actually a botanical (fake plant) succulent wall. You could do this with live succulents, but you would have to spritz them with a spray bottle or dribble water down from the top. This one was custom made by our excellent botanical supplier. Happy to help, if you're looking for one similar!

**Q: Sofa dilema** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Hi, there is something I dont like about my living room I just can't Put my finger on it. Should I change the color of the sofas or is it the accent pillows? Please help. I will appreciate any suggestions.  Thanks, Rebeca

A: Your quickest fixes are to change out the accent pillows -- eggplant/ plum color come to mind immediately, with a large rug on the floor to tie it all together. A cream background with large graphic print (such as a trellis/ quatrefoil, etc.) in a similar plum color will help to unite your mid-century modern style accessories with the classic lines of your furniture.
