Diament Builders was founded in 2005 as a full service construction firm by second generation builder Evan Diament.   A lifetime of growing up in the construction industry, a Bachelors in Construction Management, and working on some of the finest built homes in the country has honed a complete understanding of proper and complete construction processes.  

Diament Builders believes in a hand’s on approach to construction to achieve our client’s goals. > Evan's company renovated our Sullivan's Island home. 3 new bathrooms, new floors, new kitchen, sailboarding on the walls. New wiring for stereo, cable and speakers. A new 40 foot pool with patio and pool room under the house was created. Garden fences as well as a new lawn, extensive plantings and outdoor lighting were installed. Evan never exceeded his original budget (unless we asked for later changes to the plan) and finished the job a week earlier than originally forecasted. Evan Diament is an excellent builder and contractor I would recommend to anyone.

**Q: WHERE IS THE TABLE FROM?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi Amy. I custom build the island table using salvaged antique lumber. I ordered the bar foot rail from a supplier. Then had the counter fabricated. We assembled it on site.

Thanks very much!

A: The portion of floors closest in the photo are antique floors that were painted when we started the project. The floors in the background are new. We use a high traffic enamel paint that was a custom color. I hope that answers your questions. Sorry for the delay.
